The condo is bright ,airy and extremely
clean with all the comforts of home. Furnishing are in a tasteful
tropical flavor yet the " feeling is like home."
Kitchen Area
Full Kitchen is complete with microwave,
dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, ice maker, electric knife, blender,
toaster coffee maker and even a coffee bean grinder to make fresh Kona
coffee. Drawers and cabinets are stocked with plenty of utensils,
pots, pans, silverware, plates, glasses, serving trays, goblets and
ice cream dishes. Nice layout with plenty of counter space
creating a comfortable place to work. Laundry work area is
hidden behind panel doors in kitchen.
Living
Room
Furnishings are in a tropical flavor are accentuated with a ceiling
fan.
Sofa turns into a comfortable queen sleeper for additional guests.
The floor plan is designed for privacy when sleeper is being used
Entertainment includes: Cable TV, VCR, DVD, CD with stereo
Bedroom
Queen pillow top bed with added layer of memory foam for comfort.
There is an abundance of drawer and closet space. A Ceiling fan and
air conditioning unit are for your comfort. Plenty of linens, pillows
blankets are furnished. for bedroom and sleeper.
Bathroom
Bathroom features a full tub with shower and an endless supply of hot
water.
Enclosed/Screened
Lanai
The screened in lanai overlooks the pool and offers an extended area
of open living space. Rectangle table with four chairs will make
this a favorite spot for morning coffee or a meal. Sit back and watch
the sights along Alii Drive.
Beach
things
Beach towels, cooler, beach chairs, beach mats, boogie boards, beach
bag and a bucket to make sand castles
Other
items of interest
Since we use the condo ourselves we try to provide the necessary
things that will come in handy. Useful items such as a hairdryer,
ironing board with iron and a hand steamer for clothing are in place
for your use. For visits to Hilo, The National Volcano Park or the
lava viewing area there are flashlights as well as an umbrella and
rain ponchos.
Supplies
A start up amenities package provided for our Guests includes;
dish, automatic dishwasher and hand soap, a limited supply of toilet
paper, paper towels and laundry detergent. Any supplies beyond the
initial start up amenities package are to be supplied by the Guest.
